Draft specifications and declarations which can be taken further by working groups. I'm sure that our ideas will inspire a lot of people and have some impact in the mediascape.

* A new RDF (SOMA?) Universal Data Format to facitilitate interfacing between video CMSs

* A shared screeners network using an online database

* A new way of working together on online projects, an attempt to try to may Online collaboration by mick and agnese.

* Building relationships with Translation groups to better allow collaboration with Video collectives

* Encouraging fields in video CMS input for subtitles and transcripts

* Encouragine fields in video CMS input for distribution scope / ethical usage advice

* Creating a delicious like system using scuttle or delirious as a way of aggregating the huge amount of information about online video and to direct people to it. This is instead of us recreating or hosting the data ourselves, instead we would act as a directory/networking hub.

* As per above there was interest to see how we might use video bomb to aggregate and tag actual videos rather than just resources and sites.

* People we keen to keep list/site focussed and based on affinity/reccomendation where others can joined based on invitation rather than making it completly open.

* Proposal to use CiviCRM on the as a way to build a screeners network. It was thought that instead of re-inventing the wheel we should use the Mute CiviCRM project to begin with to try it out.

* Proposal to have a Global Screening Day where we might coordinate (using the CiviCRM tool as above) the screening of a the same video.
