About: US legislators are currently working on regulating the Net, the result of this round of legislation could be that the Net traffic would travel in a two speed system and introduce charges for bandwidth traffic.

The workshop's aim is to establish an accurate picture of what the legislative process is, what corporate entities are involved, the likely outcomes of the process and how to counter the US Net shutdown.
